Mo's Challenge #157



Autumn Fun!

Fall is my favorite time of year! I love the cool, crisp air and the beautiful fall foliage.
 Picking apples, and carving pumpkins are just part of the fun of the season!
"Autumn Fun" is this week's theme for Mo's Challenge.





This little girl is saying goodbye to a little robin that's heading south for the winter.
The little maple leaves were made with a punch then embossed using the Nellie Snellen rose leaf
embossing tool. I've found it can be used to give realistic veining to many styles and sizes of punched leaves. I ran the piece of light-weight cardboard though a paper crimper several times in both directions to achieve the texture

EK Success maple leaf punch, Nellie Snellen rose leaf embossing tool, Paper Crimper

Papers: SU! Gable Green and Pumpkin and fall colored scraps, Neenah white, Light-weight
 cardboard

Embellishments: Grosgrain ribbon
