Love is All Around!
That 's the theme for Mo's Challenge this week! I've used Mo's "Father and Daughter" for my card. I made this for our youngest son for his first Father's Day. His little girl is about three and a half months old now, and we think she's the cutest baby ever!
Her dad's favorite color is orange so that's the color I used on his card.
Images: "Father and Daughter" from Mo's Digital Pencil, Digital tree (?), Sentiment stamp from My Sentiments Exactly
Tools: Copics, MS Grass punch, SU! Triple flower punch
Papers: SU! Garden Green, Pumpkin Pie, Neenah White, Basic Grey DP
Embellishments: Brads, Grosgrain ribbon
Here's a picture of our little beauty.
Let's see your take on love! Just use one or more of Mo's images on your card or project for a chance to win a gift certificate from Mo's Shop.
I'm always happy to have you stop by!

I have a little gift to give away. It's a set of six clear Christmas stamps made by Inkadinkado. Just leave a comment, and I'll choose a winner randomly. No strings attached, but I'd love it if you'd follow me!

Hey sweetie! Love the look of your new blog , so cute and neat! Your card is beautiful as usual, love the fact you also added the tree behind the image: the scene is really really adorable.
ReplyDeleteAnd last but not least, your granddaughter definitely is the cutest baby ever. My own boy was not that cute as a baby:) And those flowers on the card match the ones on the baby dress:)

Awww Elaine. Who can resist a dad and his best girl. :-) Beautiful card and just look at that little sweetie in sunny yellow. She's precious! Hope you have a lovely weekend! Hugs!
ReplyDeleteOh, Elaine! Your granddaughter is the cutest baby ever! What a wonderful photo! And your card is so beautiful! Perfect for your son and his darling little daughter!
ReplyDeleteWhat a sweet card. I just love Mo's images. Just got the paper dolls and getting ready to color with my Copics. Just might have to go get this father/daughter image. Love your cats. My husband of 27 years and I also have two cats, Siamese brother and sister named Buffy (the vampire slayer) and Angel (the vampire).
ReplyDeleteA fab scene, lovely colouring - I especially like the shadows. Great colour choices and I love the little foreground flowers as well. They already have some like that in their hands and it looks as though they are off to find some more. Thank you for the opportunity to win some candy. Hugs, Lesley
